This is by far the best medical care I have ever gotten in an emergency system! Never a long wait. They are so professional and caring and go out of their way to provide me great care in a way that I can afford. I have no insurance. They have a great plan for people like me.
While we have been to The Urgency Room several time and never had a problem, out experience yesterday wasn't great. The dr was thorough about checking my daughter but seemed very rushed and seemed to blow me off asking questions. Also, the nurse practically laughed at me when I mentioned possibly having strep and told me that adults rarely get it and I'd run a high fever if I did. Guess what I found out at a different clinic today? Yep. Strep.
Service was great. From the initial nurse, to the nurse practitioner, they really cared about how I was feeling and listened to everything I told them. They cared in giving me prescriptions that my insurance would cover but that wee affordable. I will go back there any time.
Worse customer service ever experienced in a medical setting. Call their number and can not connect directly to them. They do not follow through with call in prescriptions or call backs. Husband and I went for the same thing and they coded the insurance claims with different codes so different payment amounts were due - then they couldn't figure out why. They seem less than willing to help and incompetent about their duties.
The only urgent care I'll go to. Will drive out of my way to go to. Friendly, knowledgeable and have been treated for each ailment correctly.
Takes way too long to see the doc. Been here about an hour and a 1/2...1 person in front of me.
