First time ever at UB and it most definetly wont be the last. AMAZING COFFEE. Freakin fantastic bagels. Awesomeness customer service. UNICORN DONUTS freakin who even has that in the world.... It was such a great moment for me. Coffee is really important in my life and UB really really really made a huge impression.... Thank you

Remarkably stupid employees. Usually I'm not one to complain, but I don't know if it's because it's too early or they're just too dumb to remember, but they mess up my order almost every time I go in. Almost expect it at this point. At least the food is ok
