Every Tuesday, I am going with my husband and kids to eat dinner with delicious chesscake as a desert.
My husband and I have been to Urban Bean three times now and each experience has been wonderful. The coffee and tea are amazing, the atmosphere it upbeat, the staff is super friendly, and the bathrooms are extra clean. My only issue with them is....all the food looks so yummy! We struggle every time with what to get! Everything we've had so far has been tasty! So thanks, Urban Bean! Because of you, my decision making skills have been thrown out the window ;)
I keep coming back here hoping the service gets better, but it just keeps getting worse. Long wait times, and apparently untrained or inexperienced servers. The coffee is good, but it's not good enough to endure the lack the good customer service. It's also frustrating trying to convince them to sell sizes of lattes and caps that most other nice coffee shops happily serve. I have been there a few times I like their service and goodies they serve. I have had tea and bagels and I found them to be really satisfying. I also like that they have an a occasional jazz band. I enjoy going there to chill or relax with a cup of tea.

My fiancé and I went for lunch after church and the food was amazing! The service was very good and everyone was very nice and helpful. The bathrooms had this really cool powder soap as well it was very cool.
They are awesome and very friendly...wonderful feeling and atmosphere listening to jazz music played by OctOpal Jazz Band while drinking coffee.
I love the Urban Bean the people in there are so friendly they make great suggestions. I've tried things I have never tried before. I really love the atmosphere it's just a place to go have a cup of coffee or a nice drink eat and relax. Non-alcoholic drinks by the way.
