Super cute shop with the sweetest couple running it. They were helpful and kind. Absolutely wish I had a place like this in Amarillo. We will definitely be back next we visit Deep Ellum. My dog, Jubilee, also approves.

I called The Upper paw to see if they had an extended gate for the space I needed. After getting my specifications I was told that indeed, they they could accomodate my need. I live in Keller, so I asked if they knew of anywhere closer to me that might stock this particular product. I was given the product name, and several places to try. After calling around, I realized that I was going to have to make the drive to Deep Ellum. My daughter and I arrived to pick up the gate, but had many questions regarding our two dogs, a Pitbull, and an Italian Miniature Greyhound. Both have some bad habits that we were trying to solve with immediate soluotions because of some newly added antique furniture in our home. Kathy was so incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We ended up with some other great products that I did not even know existed! After a month of usage and putting new reccomended systems into place, I can say we have solved our pet problems and it was totally worth the drive! I will make it again and again just to receive this kind of service and support a local small business.

I have a pet that eats a special diet and it is the only reason that I came here...at first. I quickly realized that the owner was incredibly genuine and sweet. So, I kept coming back. My pet's special food is always in stock, Kathy (the owner) is always so sweet, and they are beyond knowledgable about all of the products they have in their store. Any time I have a question about a product, they always have answers. I can't say enough good things about this place!

I recommend everything about this place. The owners are amazing, the products are the best, and the prices are great. When I go there, which is religiously, they know my pets not just by name. They know what they like, the products we've tried, and what I need. I cannot say enough good things

Love this store because they carry Victor Dog food in both dry and wet food. Make my pupper happy! Plus, darling selection of toys, clothes and homemade treats. Be sure to check it out. Nice and helpful staff too.
