I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica and her team on the purchase of my first home, and now on the refi. I recommend her to all of my client's in real estate for many reasons. Her team is the best at communication, and are always friendly and helpful. I specifically love when I can call Jessica for ideas on how to help certain clients that may have an "unconventional" lending issue. She has a very creative way of seeing as many options as possible that inevitably lead to saving the client money!

Jessica and the entire Uphoff team at Legacy Mutual Mortgage were absolutely incredible through our entire time of working with them. They were so helpful with any questions that we had along the way. Everyone was extremely friendly and we enjoyed working with them so much. They made the purchase of our first home incredibly easy, nothing about it was stressful and we did not dread one step on the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking without any kind of hesitation what so ever!

I recently purchased my first home, and the process was made much more pleasant working with the Uphoff Team. I searched for about 4 months, losing one home in the process due to foundation issues, and everyone at Legacy Mutual was super helpful and understanding. Even though I know my loan was not enormous, they never made me feel like I was unimportant. Phone calls were always returned promptly, and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Jessica Uphoff and team are awesome! When I first met Jessica we sat down and talked about what our needs were for a mortgage. Being a detail person, I had done many calculations and financial modeling so when I sat down with Jessica I had lots of questions. Some of those questions were outside the box of typical mortgage modeling. Jessica entertained all of my off the wall questions and took the analysis deeper than I had expected. I am so impressed with Jessica Uphoff and her entire team at Legacy Mutual. As a client, they walked me through the entire process and communicated with me every step of the way. Having Jessica as my lender contributed to me getting my offer accepted because of her reputation in the industry.
