Jessica and her team were very unorganized and didn't communicate well with each other. All figures were higher than our good faith estimate when we went to close, we received the same communication from multiple team members, they required more paperwork than I've ever been asked to provide on any other loan AND they didn't lock the interest rate when I told them to (which resulted in a rate increase that we then had to absorb).
