I can’t tell you how horribly upset I am with the Financial asst & patient advocate (names withheld at this time). I was referred to MDA by my Dr on April 11. After NUMEROUS calls, emails & faxing a ridiculous amount of information to the financial assistance Dept., continuous “stories” about what they were waiting on, today she chose to have someone else return my call only to tell me I “just don’t qualify” for anything, but as a private pay patient, I need a $30k down payment. Unbelievable!
RecommendedYou get the best of doctors, nurses, and they are all about comfort and care there, I have been a patient in and out since Jan 22, 2019. Highly recommend.😉
