If I could give it negative stars I would. HORRIBLE HOSPITAL, well atleast the third floor! My boyfriend was in a horrible car accident, we got here thinking he had to just have a rod put in and pins and plus a fractured jaw. We have been here five days and is just now finding out that he has a bruised spleen and five broke ribs. Nobody has told us this and it's there job too!! It takes ATLEAST 30 mins to get a nurse into the room after you've pressed the call button 3 times, & there bed side manner is horrible. I can't tell... read more
If I pulled my file it would be bigger than ANYONE on this post.. GUARANTEED since my hydraulic explosion March 2015 I've had FIFTEEN procedures under ummc care. I have no clue why some here have negative things to say.. you just can't make everyone happy. I was almost blown in half.. lost my left forearm..and had to learn to walk again while there ... don't even think this hosp is a bad place! D
Took my husband in for a Cath. He ended up having to have 4 stents. We stayed overnight in the Cath lab and everyone was so nice and thoughtful.
The only problem that I have is with the nightshift housekeeping!!! They will not come and empty the trash, even when I call for someone to come, they still don't come!!!!! The trash will overflow until the next morning and that's ridiculous!!!!!
