My first encounter with UMMC was when my youngest was three months old. He had his aorta repaired. Not one complaint can I give with the way we were cared for. He saw the ped.cardiologist there until 2 years ago and his now 27, years old. Our next encounter has been with our 2 yr old grandson, he's had seizure problems since he was 1. And recently he broke his femur while running wet on hard wood floors. He slipped and landed on his right leg wrong causing the pressure to break the bone.
