It is one of the best hospitals in the region. I can't say enough, the staff care and have knowledge. Best experience I've ever had.
My 87 year old mom has been having a few issues lately. Friday 2/3 had a few appointments. Xray ladies & doc were great with her during her test. Then we saw Dr. Nagji for followup. Very nice. Explained what was going on in terms she understood, and she was at ease talking with him and the ARNP's. Last month we were at Indian Creek campus for a few tests. Again, great staff. KU is second to none. From Neurologist to the Heart institute. Great doctors and nurses.
I'm blessed to have such amazing Doctors at KUMC. From the door greeters, the nurses, the Receptionists to the Doctors, it's always a pleasant experience!! I only have the option of 5 stars, but this hospital along with all the satellite offices deserves way more than that!
Dr turned e down for a needed surgery with no explanation! Bc Im on medicaid. He seen me 2years prior and treated me with much more respect having private insurance. Not fair. Im not happy with them at all.
Most professional hospital, wonderful drs, compassionate staff and nurses, i wouldn't trust anyone else with my life, like I do ku. Second generation kidney transplant recipient. Thank you for all your care.

Fortunately my mom was able to go and get my home supply so I had it. If she hadn't been here, I would have been left not being able to breathe because the hospital was just not going to give me the med and I'm allergic to the substitute that is available. How does a hospital run out of an essential medication like this and not have a back up plan on getting more in?? It's be... read more
