But I do want to say that you all really need to watch what you send out.... my sister and I both received a letter in the mail 2 different addresses a Questionnaire on how my recent visit was discharge date of July 27, 2020 the day my mother passed away AT the hospital... and a couple days after she passed they never informed her physical therapist that he showed up at my sisters house..... I was VERY UNHAPPY WITH ALL OF THAT!!! And for 2 different letters to be sent out to both... read more

I was not happy about my visit today here my father is 70 years old he doesn't understand a lot I go inside the ER with him I asked if it's okay if I go outside to call my boss and they say yes that's fine so I go back inside and I'm told once I left the ER I'm not allowed to Come Back Inn. first of all my dad is 70 years old and he has something really wrong with him and I'm told I'm not allowed to go back to see my dad because I ran outside for literally one minute yes I get it there's a virus but come on now with that bul... read more

Not only did the orthopedics office leave my sister in tears, but without any real answers (except a note for physical therapy and by belling her that , “It’s not pain..It’s weakness you’re perceiving as pain .” )After two months of waiting for someone to help explain what’s wrong and what steps should be done, you’ve left her more confused and hopeless. Thanks for the “World-Class” treatment KU.. Going elsewhere from now on! RCJH.. from a former KU alumni and patient
