As a support person, not a patient, was kept informed of surgery and duration. What made it so much more pleasant was Pauline, the young lady in waiting room no.3. She had a smile for everyone entering and was more than helpful with directions, offers of blankets, etc. What was a loooong day was made so much shorter by this young ladies positive attitude and cheerfulness. She's a keeper!

Great hospital, went in on the 8th of March fot a kidney transplant. Everyone from registration to surgery and the great hospital staff , doctors and nursin7. Very caring compassionate people who work there

Went in through emergency Thursday night. There were no beds, so I did some time time in hallway. That, besides being in the hospital, was the only unpleasant part of my stay. Jim, my emergency nurse was FANTASTIC! In fact all the nurses, Dr's, support staff, EVERYONE, was so nice, efficient and supportive. I cannot recommend KU enough.

If I could write all the bad I would. My uncle was dying from starvation, because of the lack of intelligence from his doctors at KU hospital.

I've been going through cancer for over 2yrs now and the staff at KU has been awesome every step of the way!!

this hospital does so much to make sure the patients are well taken care of.
