I have had 8 surgeries at KU now with Dr. Kraft. She is a rockstar and I love working with her. My most recent surgery was yesterday, and all of my nurses were incredible. I wish I could remember my pre-op nurse's name, but she was very friendly and made everything very easy. Even as I entered the OR, the entire team was talking with me and having fun and it made me feel very calm before surgery. With my husband who is getting tests for answers on medical issues he has struggled with for years, that we find he should never have had to do. Dr. Vee in Thoracic Surgery and the Cardiac Care Center Team are the best!!!

They forgot to send my mother's biopsy slides for her cancer to Omaha. They. Forgot. She's withering away and they forgot. The hospital bed was very uncomfortable for her. Unit 45 had one nurse who didn't even know BASIC medical abbreviations. Food service took too long. Waiting before her each of her three surgical surgical procedures took over an hour each time waiting in the bays. HIPPA rules were broken in the dialysis area. Dr. Scott Mullen, an orthopedic surgeon, is outstanding! He gave me answers that no other doctor has been able to do, having been in a car accident, two years ago. I'm encouraged by his diagnosis and prognosis. My hats off to KU-I'm a fan!i

I went in due to having been diagnosed with pneumonia the day before, and I couldn't breathe. The Dr was rude, they did nothing for me. They kept checking my heart. I have no idea why. No IV, even though they said I was dehydrated. No breathing treatments. Said their other patients were more important than me, and sent me home with no help what's so ever. I couldn't catch my breath, I used my inhaler 4 times while I was waiting. What a waste of time and money on my part. I have insurance. Will never go back.
