Thank you to the staff that cared for me today at my infusion. My nurse, Alli, and all the support staff. They made me comfortable and took great care of me.
Three years ago I had kidney cancer and had to have my kidney removed. I still remember how GREAT the nurses in the recovery ward (fourth floor I think). I couldn't have asked for a better team of "cheerleaders" as I prefer calling the nurses that took care of me in the days following surgery. Dr. Lee is also an excellent surgeon. He has always answered all my questions, no matter how dumb they are!!! KU Cancer Center is indeed one of the best cancer centers in the country!!!
