Union Bank is AMAZING! I went through a horrible experience where someone received our debit card information and charged our account. Kelly Hunter did a fantastic job and made such a stressful situation so easy and got us back our money! I'm SO thankful for this bank and all they do for our family! I highly recommend Union Bank and will never go anywhere else!
What a wonderful fast bank we have in Union Bank of MENA!! Always wonderful fast professional service with a smile!!
even though this is the friendlliest bank I have ever had to do business with, their online banking is something to be desired. It constantly will not allow you to do online banking. Maybe it allows you, but does not allow me. Each month I have to call them on the phone, to get access to my online account. For the last six months, I have had to change my password - after frustration and anger sets in. I am about to go to another bank.
