Friendly and helpful people
I had an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking. The tellers told me mistakes happen and someone will call me back... They didn't. How could this happen without checking the persons id? I feel they don't care about my financial security or customer service. I've been banking with them for over twenty years and am shocked at the sudden apparent disregard they had for me today. I'm considering legal action at this point as I counted on them to protect my money, and didn't, and then ...didn't even call me back!
