Great customer service from the reception personnel. My barber was outstanding! He gave me the the exact cut and style I wanted, using his years of knowledge and experience. The experience was smooth and the environment was friendly.

I thought the shop was really clean, spacious and well kept. The front desk ladies who greeted me were extremely helpful and friendly. The Barber I had (Tim) was very professional. The only complaint I have is the price. I had a basic skin fade, no shape up or anything off the top. Most barbershop charge $15-17. I was charged $25. Seems extremely expensive for a skin fade. Besides that, great experience.
I liked how Melanie kept my hairline where it was suppose to be. Unlike other barbor shops I've been to in the past. I also liked the fact the Ultimate is knowledgable in the new styles. My only critic is, when she was fading it, I wish she had not rounded it on the sides, but kept it straight all the way around. That they have been my fault for not explaining what I wanted correctly, other than that the hair cut was great and I will be regular customer.

He was very understanding. I requested over & over to cut shorter, he was very patient & very cautious about it. He also made me very comfortable.
Good location and easy parking. Timothy was the barber that cut my hair. He was on time and professional. He even offered a consultionation. I loved my cut. I'll be back for sure. VW
