RecommendedGood food. Our waitress Amy was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. She even supplied a leash for my friends’ dog. He forgot to bring it. I would highly recommend this place. Fun place with a great atmosphere
Honestly the best wings I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is great. Live music was good and the fella was entertaining (pretty funny). Lots of kids and older people as well. The service was the best. Ashley N couldn’t have been any sweeter. We like trying different places but we will be back for sure! Love the Ugly Grouper for sure!
AWESOME service - Ian was very knowledgeable and helped us make good picks for dinner. Fantastic grouper dishes. Great live music. A bucket list item!
Their till for credit cards wouldnt take payment over $200 because their internet server was done and they blamed it on us saying it was our cards! We tried paying with multiple cards, called the banks, they lied and said it wasn’t on their part and they called them when they did not. Were just plain rude to us and we will not be back. Once we got back from the ATM he said they called and it was actually on their end. Never will be coming back to this place of rude people!

Adom/Ashley faith did an amazing job making me feel welcomed,and important. Did an awesome job checking in on how our meal was, refining our drinks! I recommend them any time!!!
