This place has a parking lot behind it that is for the residents. That is a great feature. However, here is the issue, it isn't clearly marked. The sign they use is on the street, it doesn't specify that is is actually FOR the parking lot. A reasonable person would conclude it is actually meant for cars parked in the street, possibly blocking the entrance. I could type pages and pages of bad things about this place but im going to save your time and say DONT move here. If you do then be prepared to be disappointed.
The staff here are sweet however they are disconnected and misunderstood managements ever changing policies. Read your contract very carefully and ask for some of the more absurd items to be changed. When I left it got nasty, threatening, and vengeful. Probably filling a complaint with hud if it continues.
