Dwight the maintenance guy is one of the nicest people ever , he does his job really fast and always goes extra !
I lived here for 2 years, and it was a new manager every few months. Waste of time and money. They never return important phone calls.
New management so we'll see but I have to shout out to Dwight in maintenance. He is super attentive and nice and does good work.
This place has a parking lot behind it that is for the residents. That is a great feature. However, here is the issue, it isn't clearly marked. The sign they use is on the street, it doesn't specify that is is actually FOR the parking lot. A reasonable person would conclude it is actually meant for cars parked in the street, possibly blocking the entrance.
