I would give 100 stars if I could! My spouse and I visited Philadelphia for a 3 day trip and decided to do Twisted Tail for our last dinner in the city. We did the tasting menu which is not only an excellent price for all the food you get, but every single thing we ate was phenomenal. I’ve never had better ribs in my life, and the ricotta gnocchi was to die for. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Would love to come back another time when we are not rushing to an event. this was a quick stop-in but very much enjoyed it.
This place is very cute. Cocktails were delicious, would recommend maybe to grab pre-dinner drinks. The food was edible but not great. Seemed like they had good ideas/concept but the execution was off. Seafood items were either under or overcooked and everything else was lacking seasoning and just not prepared correctly. It's a shame for the price. Food also came out very quickly, we had an app, oysters and 2 entrees and were done eating 30m after we were seated (place was fairly empty though)
