TV REPAIR-FRIENDLY AND HONEST – .. Before I had called The TV Man I had called two other company's and neither spent any time with me on the phone except to say how much they would charge just to look at it.. The TV Man took over 15 minutes of his time looking up common TV failures of my TV model and advising about them and he was totally honest and up front. .That is a BIG plus. Could Not Be Bothered... – I called the TV Man last week in order to have our seven-year-old TV repaired. When I described the problem to the person on the phone, without even coming to look at the set, he told me that it was not worth repairing and that we should just buy a new TV. I immediately phoned another company (A-Plus TV Sales and Service) to get a second opinion.
