Great educational visit Excellent visit
The tour of the turtle hospital was very interesting and informative. Jennifer explained everything and answered every question about the procedures and the efforts of the medical staff to safe the turtles. I have never seen a logger head turtle before and I was amazed by how big the are! We were able to feed the turtles and watch them swim and struggle, some of them have injuries from boating accidents and are no longer able to survive in the wild. Absolutely amazing job these guys do to save the turtles. I learned many new things about the turtles. To support their efforts, my daughter adopted one of their permanent residents.
