RecommendedLearned a lot. Non profit every dollar you spend goes right back to save the injured and rehabilitation.
Staff is on sight and available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. Their goal is to rescue, rehab and release back to the waters. This is not always possible, right now they have 5 permanent turtles , those that are rehabbed but cannot go back can be adopted by aquariums & zoos. Quite an impressive place with a knowledgeable & passionate staff. They also offer Skype classes for schools, just contact them for details

This is a wonderful facility. Very dedicated volunteers and staff, and we got to see them caring for some new patients close up today. Hopefully, they can be rehabbed and sent back to their ocean home soon. Our tour guide was amazing, and we adopted a turtle. Definitely a “must see”, and a “must support” – we humans are the ones that caused the challenges to their world, so it’s time for us to pay back! Thank you, Turtle Hospital!
