Awesome place in the middle of nowhere. Excellent cuisine. The signature soup was awesome, looked great, tested great. The cream-cheese filled and fried squash pumpkin blossoms on Jalapeno pulp was delightful. The whole place - the La Posada Hotel - breathes history paired with modern and excellent paintings. Highly highly recommended.

I was quite impressed when I entered the beautiful hotel. The atmosphere is warm & inviting. The staff was very attentive & the food was outstanding! I will be returning again & again. Please do yourself a huge favor and plan to dine here soon!
