We loved this place! The food, service, and atmosphere get an A+. We had the Bouillabaisse and Shrimp Pappardelle, both were exceptional. Be sure to save room for dessert. The Double Chocolate Grand Mariner soufflé for two was divine!

Everything was great. The service was prompt and informative. Ally our server was very pleasant and attentive. The food was well prepared. I had the Shrimp Parpadelle and it a nice kick of spice and the pasta was cooked just right. The atmosphere is wonderful when you imagine the history of this fine hotel

Two of us had the delicious Wild Platter with elk medallion, quail, and a cheese tamale topped with bison, deer, and wild boar chili. My girlfriend can't eat spicy foods, but our server and the kitchen were very accommodating, and substituted portions of her chosen entree to make it palatable. For dessert, we shared English Stick Toffee Pudding, which was delicious, and bread pudding.

Food was very well presented, and just as tasty! Ambiance wasovely, typical SouthWest. Also, great for RR enthusiasts - trains and an Amtrak station is part of the whole scene.
