The service was great and the food was delicious. For starters My wife had the Squash blossoms and I had the Signature soup. For entrees she had the Arizona Salad and I had the Wild Game dinner both were excellent. We finished it off with the bread pudding and fresh strawberries.

My bison short ribs were great! My husband's quail and elk medallions were over none but his wild tamale was great! The atmosphere was beautiful and historic and we'll definitely will go back, and next time stay there too!

My son is a sucker for The Paloma Hotel with all its curiosities and no less for The Turquoise Room so when traveling it is delightful destination. The menu is intriguing with an excellent choices and the service courteous and remedying the entrees providing for food allergies the customer have.
