Alex and Sam extended service beyond what I hoped for, being flexible with our tight holiday schedules to accommodate even a test drive. Alex went extra mile to get all-season tires installed post-purchase and Sam took a small deposit to hold car though we ended up coming up with the cash. These guys treated us like their favorite family members and it was probably the cheapest car on their lot! Great customer service!!!
