The Triumph Team lead a leadership staff retreat for the Institutional Advancement staff at Austin College and did an outstanding job. Our staff members felt the training was both inspirational and applicable. I would highly recommend their services! On a personal note, Rennie's guidance and sessions with me and husband prior to marriage have been invaluable.

Joining a Triumph Team class was such a great opportunity to develop both professionally and personally. After the ten week workshop, I left with awareness of my current leadership strengths, areas of improvement, and the tools to improve those areas. I recently participated in one of Rennie's mastermind discussion groups on the 21 Laws of Leadership.
