Been to this place 4 times, I have been satisfied ONLY once. That is only due to one employee. I went here for lunch and was served a cold espresso and another in my group a cold coffee. We mentioned this to the owner to only be blow off, no re comp or apology at all. Cold espresso is only accomplished by putting COFFEE in a cup from a container. If I am going to a Coffee shop I expect fresh brewed coffee, and if I order a quad shot espresso, I do not want a double shot of coffee. My wife just went here today to wait two hou... read more
Wonderful space and a good cup of joe! Certainly an unexpected spot in the middle of downtown Zanesville.
My Mother and her friend went for the first time and was asked by owner to move to the couch area to talk if they were done eating so they could use the table. Their food was bland. They will not revisit for the rudeness. Meanwhile a man with a laptop and water who didn't purchase food was taking up a 4 top.
My aunt had lunch there today and was treated badly by the owner/server. I've never been there and for certain never go there! Good luck with your downtown business!!!
This coffee shop is a must do if you're in Zanesville, Ohio. We had the opportunity to stop by and have breakfast today. Great atmosphere, food and service.
While I have not had the opportunity to eat in the local, we frequently order take out, and it never disappoints.
I appreciate the uniqueness and creativity of the treehouse along with the amazing staff and food!!! 1 of the coolest places I've been in Zanesville by far ✌️
