The staff that are actually present at the property are very nice. Sometimes a little busy, but they are helpful. Prices are "reasonable", compared to other apartments. Rent is awful everywhere in Chatt. Maintenance is fairly quick and are reliable in an emergency, but a couple times it took several visits to repair things, especially appliances. Edit 7/22: we were not informed that credit score dictated whether or not your application was approved with conditions, even though we were informed that $500 would be the deposit on all cases (in some cases you can buy a bond). If you struggle with credit (regardless of your income) I’d be sure to discuss this with them or else you’ll be owning a lot more than $500 and will lose out on your application fee if you disagree with it.
