Great place to live the people are very friendly
Carol was very sweet and knowledgeable about the property. The townhouse I toured was clean but very obviously old. They would benefit from a complete renovation. The area is quiet and seem peaceful. Just need to update everything and get rid of that old carpet. I gave a 4 stars because of Carol the leasing agent.
do not waste your money applying for this place. they will deny you if you don’t meet all of their criteria. just lost $200 for no reason. unless you have absolutely perfect credit you will be denied, even with a cosigner.
Processed our applications extremely quickly, staff was very helpful explaining the process and answering questions.
Office staff is very helpful and accommodating! Maintenance issues are handled QUICKLY! Very impressed so far!
