Small shop with many clothes and not many tools. Not that you can't find here something useful for hiking and trips, but it has not very big variety of everything. I see this shop as some small boutique that tries to "plug a hole" in a big city for those who lazy to go to a Bass Pro Shops.
I bought on their online store and had to call for a question, they were really helpfull and very nice. They also helped me with a warranty issue, such good service! I strongly recommend!
