We come for trivia on Tuesdays. Amanda gives us amazing service. Drinks prepped as we come in. She's pretty awesome as a stand in on our trivia team too �

I am super pleased with the environment, food, service, and staff. Love to come get some of the best dishes on date night, brunch, and family gatherings. My favorite place to be on game day is at the stadium, but when I am not at the game, The Trail House is most definitely my favorite place to gather with good friends to catch our Carolina Panthers win!! We really liked the Trail House when it first opened. The food is good but the service is going downhill. SLOW service trying to get a drink yesterday, even though the bar and restaurant were probably at 1/3 capacity. We actually received our appetizer (and finished it) before our first (and last) drinks came out! We had initially gone in for dinner but opted to eat elsewhere after the abysmal service. Our server was phenomenal. Loved the food. Didn't take forever to come to the table and they were pretty busy. Our server didn't miss a beat. Will definitely be going back!
We are new to the town from the AT&T store in the complex and we had Casey as a waitress. She was absolutely amazing and a great joy to assist us. Thank you for waiting on us nutty people. Lol
Just want to give any and all a heads up that if they want to try a great place for food and fun this is the place to go. From the people that work there to the owners are amazing. Really great place to be for live music and drinks or just a good dinner before catching a movie.
Service is always great!! Management very engaged with customers. This is our favorite place to watch the Carolina Panthers!!!
