I have very bad experience with Trafalgar Apartment. Here is my story: I used to live there for more than two years. The building is not very old. But the maintenance is really very poor. They do not clear the carpet before a new tenant move in. I also never see any persons to clean the hallway. My lease expired at the end of Apr. In Feb., I got a notice.
