We lived at Halstead for the past two years and just moved out last month. Although there was quite a bit of turnover with management and the facilities team during that time, overall we had a very positive experience. I do think it depends on where you are on the property. We lived at Halsrad for 4 years. Stay FAR FAR away from this place They say it’s luxury but everything in the units are as cheap as possible ( don’t get me started on the old cheap appliances that don’t work) and they have the nerve to charge a premium prices and raise the rent hundreds of dollars every year without any justification. You will get trapped here and will get stuck pay 4,000 a month of rent eventually. Do not be fooled!!
Living at Halstead Beverly has been fine — if you enjoy managed chaos, surprise demolition, and total administrative silence. Let me introduce you to Anthony, the property manager — a title I use loosely, the way one might call a scarecrow a "security professional." Anthony doesn't answer emails. Nice quite community, with a nice surrounding of woods, nice surrounding roads in the area, and as well great management that are very good at what they do. Now after 6 months of stay: Highly recommended for a peaceful & healthy stay Tons of issues everyday, couple of them are as follows: 1. Rat infestation 2. HVAC 3.
