After posting this review, the new property manager reached out to me and addressed each issue point by point. Within a week the stairs on my carpet were replaced and other issues are being looked at. I am really impressed with our new property manager, Malik. An honest review of the Halstead Beverly: I have lived here for just over one year now. And the only word to describe it is “okay.” If you’re looking for luxury, this is not it. Do not be fooled by the photos on the website and the model unit you’re shown, you likely will not be shown your unit until move in day. Despite the reviews i gave this place a go and see for myself. The office and maintenance is super helpful and friendly. The Amenities are very clean. I enjoyed living here super quiet and save if you have kids! Would recommend!
Truly unacceptable management here at Halstead Beverly. There is no communication between employees and tenants, they will run you around in circles. Trying to get any maintenance done is next to impossible.
