Nice quite community, with a nice surrounding of woods, nice surrounding roads in the area, and as well great management that are very good at what they do. Now after 6 months of stay: Highly recommended for a peaceful & healthy stay Tons of issues everyday, couple of them are as follows: 1. Rat infestation 2. HVAC 3. Water pipe broke and water started dripping from the wall above the Kitchen for 1 complete month and it took long for the maintenance to address the issue 4. Brown dirty contaminated water 5. Me and my husband lived there for just 6 months. We had the most horrible experiences To be particular I developed bronchitis and rushed to emergency. All the issues we faced were addressed and take into action by the management it did take time but for sure the issues were addressed. The management handles all these issues in a timely manner.
