I toured the Beverly Halstead Townhomes and had a great experience. The place looked clean and well kept, and Anthony, the property manager, was awesome. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and made the tour super easy. Definitely worth checking out!
We have lived here for three years and have had several management/maintenance teams in that time. The current team of Anthony, Shane and Eric is the best by far. They are always very responsive and pleasant. They go above and beyond to make sure that any issues/problems are resolved quickly. We appreciate them very much!

We’ve been renting a 1-bedroom at Beverly Halstead for over 3 years now and we love it. The location is great being less than a mile to 128. The grounds are always well maintained and kept clean. The gym and pool are convenient amenities and each unit having it’s own private patio for grilling, hanging out, etc., is a great addition to the townhome.
