Beverly Townhomes has been great with accommodations to my family been here for past 5 years Jenna and Anthony are also great trying to solve tenants issues as fast as possible and they will find a solution. And maintenance team here are super responsive which is great to have in the community.

Have lived in the townhomes for two years. Very good apartments and a quiet neighborhood close by to everything you need. The grounds are kept nice and if your a dog owner like myself, there’s plenty of space to walk your dogs on the grounds and trails in the back. The maintenance team, Shane and Eric, is extremely responsive and helped us out with any issue that came up. He’s always very friendly and was nice to have around. Shane and Eric come to our rescue within a moments notice if there is the slightest problem in our townhome. This dynamic duo maintain the premises with the utmost pride and respect. And this is an extremely large property for two men alone. We have had quite a few maintenance changes over my tenor here at Halstead Beverly - and this team by far is the best we’ve had. Let’s try to appreciate their hard work and dedication by telling them what a great job they are doing.
