We’ve been renting a 1-bedroom at Beverly Halstead for over 3 years now and we love it. The location is great being less than a mile to 128. The grounds are always well maintained and kept clean. The gym and pool are convenient amenities and each unit having it’s own private patio for grilling, hanging out, etc., is a great addition to the townhome. Anthony was fabulous to work with. He made everything quick and seamless and was incredibly helpful! The property location is convenient and well maintained.
I love Halstead Beverly Townhomes. Our move in was a very smooth process. The community is quiet and friendly, our townhouse unit feels comfortable and cozy. We love our patio with the ability to grill and have our plants and vegetables outside. Management is great and they have been helpful and very communicative. Anthony and Malik were helpful and communicative and have followed up consistently to make sure we’re taken care of and happy. Have nothing but good things to say!
06/02 update: Maintenance team with Shane and Eric is beyond excellent! They are very quick in fixing any maintenance issues. Very polite, very thorough, very professional and always gets the job done. Even go above and beyond. Thank you. Update: Halstead maintenance team and management have exceeded my expectations yet again. Another service request completed in a very timely and efficient manner.
