I've been here for almost 11 months. It took over 2 months to get a mail box key, the light outside the door didn't work it took over a month and a few phone calls. The oven does not work half the time I've called 6 times to have it fixed they were out 4 times and replaced the same parts 2 times and it still don't work right. No park for kids to play so they play in the streets where cars do not follow common speed limits in a parking area. Streets and parking areas are not lit wth any lighting. Great place to live office staff is always so nice and maintenance comes right away when needed. Would definitely recommend these town homes to everyone.
We have loved this community, and enjoyed the neighbors and the office staff.
