I don't recommend this apartment complex due to the fact that they raised my rent $200 the first year another $200 the second year. That's $400 in the two years that I've lived here, total amount of $1735 and I don't even live in one of the refurbished Apartments. Beware.. you are also billed for the complex water, the complex power, trash, Pest Control even if you don't use it Etc. Now my total cost for a two bedroom townhome is $1935. if you don't mind your rent going up $200 every year that you live here there are some go... read more

While we love the area, and the house, the walls are paper thin. Worse than any apartment I've ever lived in. We got a noise complaint our first month here for watching television in our bedroom. Not loud at all, just normal volume. What a shame. If not for that this place would be great. We won't be renewing our lease next October.
