Most of my experience has been good here. However my AC unit has stopped cooling properly for the 4th time in the last few months (3rd time this month). A properly functioning AC should not run for 6 hours straight and only cool 1 degree. And while Jay and the maintenance team have responded quickly, the fix isn’t correct as it continues to happen. Perfect location, beautiful units, gorgeous amenities, but most of all the most amazing staff who goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. Alyssa has been our go-to since we first visited in September. She was top-notch when it came to navigating a move into a newly constructed community for us. We enjoy being greeted with friendly smiles by the entire staff every time we visit the office. Luxury living at it’s finest.

Hello, Just wanted to Give a shout out to this Amazing Team. I needed to transfer apartments last minute on the day of move in to an apartment I liked better. The whole team has been really amazing through this hassle that I have created, and acted like it was no big deal. I got to pick a new unit, and they were able to switch everything over the same day!
