We sold our house to move our business and ourselves back to the Dallas area. We took an initial tour at the end of the day after looking at several properties and decided on the towers at springcreek. We loved the area and the place appeared gorgeous at first look. This apt complex does not fix any issues! There has been a homeless man living in the stair hallway and the office keeps saying they’re going to “look into it” This is the second occurrence and the door still isn’t fixed! There are families with kids that live here but no one seems to care!
Had the absolute worst experience with this place. The office staff made a mistake and it ended up that they leased the apartment we were supposed to move into to someone else, after we had already changed our address, electric, internet, scheduled movers, etc. The manager just wanted to argue with us and took absolutely zero responsibility for their mistake. No apologies whatsoever!
Keep the interior cleaner and remove the urine smell in the carpets.
I have expressed my concerns with Kim “The director”. On 12/28/2018 I went to leasing office and expressed my complaints to Kim the director. I have told her my 1st complaint was our neighbors upstairs 6310 have been blasting their music. RecommendedMy experience at the Towers at Spring Creek was phenomenal. I went on tour with Cory Bower and he was very helpful and personable. The community itself is absolutely amazing but Cory made me feel at home. I would highly recommend this community not just because of the quality and spectacular finish outs (can’t leave out their jetted tub). But their leasing staff is GREAT!!!
This is not my photo and I’m sharing for my sister because she does not have a Facebook. She is going through the exact same terror. A “signed” agreement, no contract, she didn’t pay a deposit and did not occupy the property. She had a change of circumstances as well before occupying or paying. No one in the office will call her back. Corey (sp?) frequently answers the phone. The other people that “work” there have given her multiple different answers.
