Great for Pets! This place has great areas for my dog to play and plenty of beautiful trails nearby, one of which goes directly to campus. Everyone in the leasing office is super friendly and always says hi. If I ever have questions, they're mega helpful and can always answer.

5 STARS The apartment itself is huge! My roommate and I are in a two-bedroom and we have more than enough room for everything. The staff at the office is very helpful, too! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone in the East Lansing area.

DO NOT LIVE AT THE TOWER OR ANY CAMPUS VIEW COMMUNITY You're better off homeless. MSU/LCC students, if you're looking for an apartment for moving off-campus, leave this page now and look elsewhere. Literally anywhere else. The price may first attract you with the "affordable" price. What management fails to include is that their old electrical system will run your electric bill up to $600. AWFUL THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could. To start they have lost our lease twice. Upon writing new ones they have completely changed the agreements to what we signed to try and scam more money out of us. Management is never there. They are always late and never pick up the phones. The management here has no idea what they are doing. Nightmare So many bad experiences. The lobby looks great, gym looks good for an apartment and same with the pool, but the longer you live here the more you realize its a facade, the whole 2 years I've lived here the gym has never been cleaned (from what I've noticed) and the equipment is often broken or has broken while I was using it, the hallways often have people's garbage bags sitting in them smelling like rotting food, the halls smell like cigarettes or weed, and both apartments ive lived in had black mold in the bathro... read more

2900 Place Great Location just on the edge of Michigan State University. Home-like feel with a good variety of floor plans for studio or 1-3 bedroom units. Great atmosphere and setting with fitness center, computer lab, commons areas, and pool. Located off Grand River Ave which makes for easy location and commute to the heart of campus.
