The Torgerson Team at Keller Williams Realty was a tremendous help in finding a house that we immediately wanted. They also helped us through the process of purchasing the house
Nathan was a pro from start to finish. He responded promptly to my request to work together and got the ball rolling quickly. It turned out he knew my property manager personally was able to smooth over some rough spots with her as we sold the property that she managed. He expertly negotiated a couple counter offers and got a backup offer in writing in place that was the one we ended up using. He was on top of things, quick to respond, and demonstrated integrity throughout the entire process. Definitely use this guy!

Nathan and his team were so easy to work with and they helped us find the perfect home in the area we wanted. We were moving from out of state and could only make one trip down but were able to have some virtual tours to be able to continue the search.
