I think the product is good quality. The crew foreman was great! He did things as I requested they be done. He did have one crew member who was questionable. When I asked why my deck light wasn't working, the crew member said the bulb was burned out. I replaced the bulb and it still didn't work. Turns out the light hadn't been re-wired when it was put back together. The crew foreman was embarassed and rewired it like it was when they started. Without the questionable crew member, I would have rated "very good."
