Wonderful atmosphere. Takes you back in time. We sat upstairs. The menu has good variety. The service was great. We will be sure to eat there when we go back to Richmond.

Wonderful service! I liked the feel of the restaurant, my only issue is you can't really add/subtract from the meal the sides are set in stone basically
The slow roasted prime rib was truly the best steak of my life so far when I had it last night. Truly able to be cut by a fork, rare but not bloody, just full of good quality beef flavor and a background of subtle smoke and almost a dry aged taste, without the saltiness. I'd recommend this to any steak lover. Treat yourself to it at least once. It's worth it!!!
They charged my friend card $600 and didn't really care that they did it and it was wrong
Steak Oscar and the Wasabi Caesar with the Pocahoptas IPA!! Five hungry and thirsty guys also agreed on the filets, prime rib, and tenderloin. Good music in a modern rustic ambiance. Can't miss.
This is an awesome place ! Full of history, full of flavor! I can't wait to have the opportunity to dine here again.
Last night we had a rehearsal dinner and I can't say enough about how great the food and service was. It was so enjoyable. I highly recomend this restaurant.
Great food, excellent company and cool that it's still outfitted with some of the old tobacco industry stuff. I know that Virginia was late to the party on banning cigarette smoking indoors but I was a wee put off by the stale smoke smell that still hangs. Attentive waitress too!
