Fabulous service, excellent food and great atmosphere. We had a party of 36 people on 3rd floor. Servers were very professional and on the ball. We didn't have much wait between starters and dinner and dinner and dessert. All of our guests were pleased! It was a great night- food, fun , and wonderful friends!
OH MY GOD! The Tobacco Company is unparalleled in customer service. I could not have asked for better. The food was phenomenal. They helped me make a lady's birthday special. Tobacco Company you are what other restaurants strive to be.
Excellent service! The food was very good. I had their signature prime rib and it was prepared perfectly. Bryce was my server and he is very knowledgeable of the menu and did great.
Great atmosphere and just a good overall place to have fun with friends, etc. Only negative thing is, at some point in the evening, they should clear out a few tables to make more room for dancing when there is a band playing.
Excellent experience start to finish! From the time we walked in the door to the time we left,I thoroughly enjoyed this classic restaurant. The food was delicious with portions that were not undersized as many high end restaurants are.

Fabulous. We dined in one of the rooms, while a smidg tight to seat all 6 of us, it was wonderful, and once seated we didn't notice and had a wonderful time without the interference, of allot of noise. The only way to dine, we all thought. The service was good, and the food was delicious. A couple of us had the Prime Rib, one had a NY Strip, one had the Shrimp Pasta, and another had the Crab Cakes. Everyone was pleased with the food and the portions. We don't go to Richmond often, but, we'll all return. YUM!

Service was top shelf! The 3 tier dining room was beyond anything you could imagine. I had the scallops...BOOM amazing and my girl had the mahi tuna... she said it was cooked perfectly. We are from Jersey and not easily impressed when it comes to great service and great food. Enjoy all❤
