I had dinner last night with my husband and daughter. My server was GREAT, my daughter steak was over cooked. This was my first time ever eating at a restaurant and the manager doesn't come to the table and apologize for the over cooked steak. I have eaten at Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday, even I Hop and the manager came out and apologized. The manager dressed really nice in her heels and nice black dress walked passed our table 50 times and did not say 1 word. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was really nice
I had my husband's 50th birthday dinner and it was a wonderful experience. From the first contact with making the reservation to arriving the night of the event. We were able to decorate the table and order special entrees. The staff, food, and music was outstanding. Richmond is a great city and we had a wonderful time. We stayed until closing and did not realize it.
This was one of the best restaurants I've been too. The staff was very pleasant. Our waiter was awesome & the food was amazing. Also, I loved the Zebra print chair on the third floor. It fit my style to the "T" lol.

I had the most disrespectful and insensitive experience at your establishment last night. I have been here many many times but last night was my first time downstairs in the lounge. I have several food allergies, hence prior to ordering I asked the ingredients in the spinach and artichoke. You will most definitely enjoy this environment. It is a unique piece of Richmond history and part of their heritage. We enjoyed the meal and the service. We'll be back when we're in the area again.
I had dinner and drinks with a colleague in the lounge tonight. Our server, Alexis, was amazing. Wine and food recommendations were on point. I had the Butter Bibb Salad and I will relive the blend of flavors in my memory for a very long time. The ambiance, service and food made for an exceptional dining experience, and one that I will gladly attempt to duplicate the next time I am in town. Well done!
Took my daughter and family from NC upon recommendations....by far one of the worst food experiences since moving to VA over 6 years ago...(I eat out a lot and don't mind paying good money for good food/service)..…we ordered soups...they arrived cold...salad prior to entrees....swimming in dressing that was clearly bought...( Ranch isn't expensive to make...come on!!!!)....Entrees... $30 scallop dish...consisted of 4 scallops on top of cold risotto...
