Highly disappointed. We drove 40 minutes thru traffic to try our first visit here and nobody was there. We got there at 3:00pm. There was a sign that said would return at 3:30pm. We decided to leave and come back to waste time till then. We came back and still no one was there. We called the number and no one answered. We waited for a total time of 50 minutes. So yeah this place just hit rock bottom on our list!

I was very displeased today as the Strawberry Cupcake I received had mold on the strawberry it was garnished with, although I didn't ask for my money back I chose to just get another cupcake. The icing was hard & the cake was dry.

My co-workers and I were very excited to try this place as we heard so much about it. We went to lunch and decided to stop on by. The wall of the building says they open at 9am, it was 12:00pm. So we decided to call. The voicemail said they open at 12:30pm so we decided to wait. We waited until 1pm and decided to leave.When we left there were other people waiting as well and when we left a few of them left with us. The staff is rude. On the door it states they open at 9a, on Google it says 12 noon but when you call the phone # listed, the msg say they open at 12:30p.m What type of business is this? I went back at 12:30p and they weren't open. I waited until 12:50 and decided its not worth it. When I called around 2p the sassy unprofessional staff had a I don't give a damn attitude and basically said oh well!!!
