I signed a retainer agreement with Eric Tintsman in January 2024, A year and eight months later, he still never filed the case. He knew in June 2025 I had not filed any bankruptcy. But yet after a year and eight months, he put me in front of a firing squad and never prepped me for the questions that I was doing in an unsworn deposition.
