Avoid The Tile Empire – Terrible Quality and Service I had an awful experience with The Tile Empire. The tile they sold me was poor quality and started showing defects shortly after installation. Even worse, the installation itself was completely botched and had to be redone by another company. Customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process.
