Trying to spec an installation for a client. The sample happened to come from this store. The owner was completely useless and unhelpful in getting me the information I needed regarding her sample to properly specify, and thus warranty the exterior installation of the material. Don’t sell it if you don’t know enough about the materials you’re peddling.
Always has the tile I'm looking for to complete my client's kitchens and baths. The owners always helpful. Great selection of tile.
Felt unwelcome and judged immediately when I walked into the store. I am in my mid 20s and renovating a home. I visited 1/22/2019 and placed an order to get samples. Never got a phone call so I followed up and she had forgotten to order the sample. They were not busy at all that day, I was the only one in the store. She wrote my name, phone number, and address in chicken scratch and misspelled everything as if she was just entertaining me by writing it down..she had no intention of really ordering my sample for me.
