Two stars because of prior experience, would have been five for many years until last year. I had written positive testimonials, too. All good things come to an end. I was a loyal and happy, "low maintenance" customer/client for close to 10 years. I provided great testimonies and supported this company. I paid a premium to support a business employing great people that provided a decent wage and benefits. Rarely, I'd have to provide constructive feedback and the team would make it right. Disappointed in the value. Was told my 800 Sq ft minimalist house would take over 10 hours to clean. I signed up for 6 and they didn't even finish cleaning the kitchen and two bathrooms. At $400, I told them to please stop. I think one guy spent way too much time scraping my stove. Would've rather just had a nice whole house vacuum. I'm amazed that cleaning your tiny uncluttered house for a day is worth more than some people make working for weeks at minimum wage. Very strange experience for me. Did not continue.
I've been using The Tidy People for several years & they have changed my life for the better in so many ways. I always feel safe having them in my home. Whether I'm home or not make no difference to them. They come in and transform my home! Wow! Really! Wow! I love coming home after my bi-monthy cleaning. Epic! Seriously if you've even considered having your home cleaned give it a go & let The Tidy People transform your life too!
