They didn't do anything, don't use them, they are going to take your money for free

Got Ticket clinic to represent me on a speeding ticket, at the end citation was not dismissed. So on top I got to pay court costs which were pretty much the same if I had paid the fine and went to traffic school = $200 usd The outcome in my case was I paid $99 dls extra just to not attend a 4hr course. You decide for yourself if that is convenient .
